Ten Step Process
Our Ten Step Process to the Cleanest, Healthiest Carpet Cleaning You've Ever Seen
If you want the most thorough Carpet clean you’ve ever seen you MUST use a carpet cleaner
who performs the following processes – or you're simply wasting your
time and
money.
1. Healthy Home Audit
Before we clean your carpets, we carry out a complete ‘Healthy Home Audit' and give you a 3-
page written report on how to keep you home clean and healthy.
2. High-filtration vacuum
First we vacuum your carpet with a high filtration cleaning system specifically designed for super-high performance & professional cleaning.
3. Move large furnishings
We move larger furnishings – such as chairs and tables – but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive.
4. Pre-spot difficult stains
We pre-spot your carpet concentrating on more difficult stains. Our technicians are specifically qualified on stain removal techniques. Working on stains which are of a particular concern to you – or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques .
5. Allergy pre-spray
Next we apply a special ‘anti-allergen' pre-spray designed to remove dirt, dust mites and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them ready for cleaning.
6. Hot water extraction machine
We use the very latest hot water extraction machines for optimum cleaning performance. This ensures the results are of the highest standard.
7. Residue rinse
The equipment employed by
The Cleaning Company ensures the integrity of your carpet and helps to retard re-soiling.
8. Protective foil tabs
Furniture is replaced with protective foil tabs and Styrofoam blocks under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour-stain finish from the furniture leaving a (very difficult to remove) stain on the carpet.
9. Grooming
Where, appropriate we will groom your carpet to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we will run a grooming rake over the carpet to ensure the fibres are tangle-free and as ‘fluffy' as possible.
10. Rapid-dry™
Finally, we use industrial carpet dryers to rapidly dry your carpets. Drying times can be as soon as 30 minutes, so your carpets are available to use much sooner than leaving them to dry conventionally…
